how to order?

for retailers, wholesalers and professional consumers.

We thank you for your kind understanding that
we cannot accept orders from private persons.

This internet shop is accessible 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

Using Esmeyer's shop:

Find a product by choosing and clicking on a catagory on the left side of the window.

Alternatively, you can use the "search item" field on the top left and fill in
an item number or a key word. Finish by clicking "enter".

After finding the product you were looking for you can put it into your virtual
shopping cart by clicking the button [add to cart]. This step is without any commitment.
You can check the content of the shopping cart at any time by clicking on
the button [Display cart]. From there you can delete products from the cart
by clicking on [remove] or change quantities and click on [update].

After finishing filling your shopping cart, please use the [Display cart] button and
then the [Continue to next step] button. You can also use "als Anfrage"
to send us an inquiry instead of an order.

Please note: For any order placed in this shop you will receive our order confirmation
including prices and delivery dates. All prices in the shop are non-binding
recommended retail prices (German: "UVP") including German VAT.
If you are a retailer or wholesaler, our sales team will deduct your discount automatically
in the order confirmation.

If you place an order for the first time, you have to fill in your address information once.
For further orders you can simply login to the shop with your e-mail address and your chosen
password. Of course you can change this data at any time and you can use as many
delivery addresses as you like.
