How is my order shipped?
Our products are being shipped by parcel service
or by truck, depending on the volume of the shipment.
Delivery time?
Of course your order is immediately checked and processed after we receive it.
Regularly, it will be shipped with appr. 24 hours, if the goods are marked
with a green "stock status" symbol (except where payment in advance is required).
You can find the exact delivery date in our order confirmation.
Shipping charges?
From a merchandise value of Euro 250 we ship within Germany free of charge.
For smaller orders we charge within Germany EUR 5,90 for shipping and packaging.
For shipments abroad, please ask our sales team for the individual shipping
